- The project is part of the Chuo Line Mall Project, which has been developed in conjunction with the elevation of the JR Chuo Line, completed in November 2010. 350-meter-long student dormitory is planned between Musashi Koganei and Higashi Koganei stations, consisting of three types of residential buildings and a cafeteria/hall.
