- This is a project to renovate the fourth floor of a commercial facility completed in 1984. The floor around the existing escalator located in the center of the building was removed to create a new four-story atrium. The existing beams are left in place, and the presence of the existing frame is preserved by showing the ends of the steel bars and the cross-section of the floor slab.
