- This is a rest area in Sawara, Katori City, Chiba Prefecture, an important traditional building preservation district. It was built on a vacant lot owned by the city, referring to the scale and characteristics of Sawara's traditional townhouses, in order to preserve the townscape. It consists of a rest area, a pavilion, an office building (storehouse), and a plaza surrounded by the three buildings.
