EGOTA NO MORI PROJECT

Outline
The Urban Renaissance Agency (UR) acquired the former site of a national government employee dormitory and built new green spaces and roads, and Sekisui House developed the project through public proposals. "Based on the concept of "a town with a 'kid's lifestyle,'" Sekisui House aimed to create a town where multiple generations could live together, with condominiums and rental housing, as well as housing for the elderly with services, nursing homes, nursery schools, and school children's clubs.
