Outline: This is a renewal project aimed at "improving the ability to create new value" at Takenaka Corporation's Technical Research Institute (9312), which was completed in 1993. "The aim of the project was to improve the workplace, provide a place for open innovation, and promote environmental concepts, while making the most of the existing architecture by internalizing the courtyard and creating an integrated office.
