- A tenant building of the company's own real estate. All the perimeter columns are made of precast concrete and the perimeter beams are made of half precast concrete to shorten the construction period and reduce the cost. In addition, we attempted to save manpower by integrating the root rolls and column-beam joints to reduce the burden of on-site work.
