Outline: The basement floor to the sixth floor was planned as shops and the seventh floor to the tenth floor as offices, but the use of the seventh floor to the tenth floor was changed to a hotel during the implementation design. In order to secure the performance of sound insulation and floor vibration countermeasures for the accommodation part, noise countermeasures using inner sashes and floor vibration countermeasures using vibration-isolating columns in the walls were implemented.
