- We renovated two rooms in the point-type residence (Star House) No. 44 into the "Open Smart UR" start-up model, which contains advanced technologies such as IoT and AI, and a residence that reproduces the lifestyle at the time of construction. The model units are proposed based on the concept of "HaaS," which provides housing as a service platform. The model exhibited here is still a service model, but it will be opened to the private sector to explore the possibility of collaboration with various companies.
