Outline: This new facility, located adjacent to the terminal of Singapore Changi Airport, will serve both transit passengers and Singaporeans. In addition to the airport facilities, it will house leisure facilities, commercial shops and hotels. In the center of the building is the Forest Garden, a tiered green space, and the Rain Vortex, a waterfall that runs from the fifth floor to the second basement. The Skytrain, an inter-terminal transportation system, will run through the building.
