- On a site where the main monk's quarters, a storehouse, and a hall of tablets had been built in several buildings, the main monk's quarters and the hall of tablets, Kogetsuden, were rebuilt as a single unit, with the rear building serving as the storehouse. A roofed plaza has been newly constructed for people to gather, while maintaining the former flow line. On the east side of the site is the Prefectural Makino Botanical Garden.
