- Renovation plan for the lower level of the Shinjuku Mitsui Building (7503). Since its completion in 1974, this building has been continuously renovated in accordance with the times. In this renovation project, the interior and exterior spaces at the foot of the tower, including the lobby, were converted into multi-purpose work spaces based on the concept of "campus offices in the low-rise area," creating a space that connects with 55 HIROBA on the south side of the tower.
