- This is a project to relocate the Technical Research Institute, planned as part of the company's 100th anniversary. "It consists of three buildings: the Garage, the Exchange, and the Nest. Based on the theme of "open innovation," these buildings are designed as workplaces where people can interact with researchers and managers from inside and outside the company, including venture companies and universities. In the background is the ICI Human Resources Development Center under construction. When completed, the center will be operated as the "ICI Integrated Center," combining the "ICI Laboratory" and the "Human Resources Development Center.
