- Outline
- This large-scale complex consists of commercial facilities, a hall, a hotel, and offices on the site of the former Tokyu Toyoko Line Shibuya Station and its railroad tracks. As part of the redevelopment, a 600-meter-long promenade along the Shibuya River was constructed through a public-private partnership. The floor-area ratio was reduced to 1350% through public contributions such as the revitalization of the Shibuya River and the formation of a pedestrian network that connects the districts around Shibuya Station and an underground carriageway network that also connects to the station district.
