- A large-scale construction project in Taipei's new Xinyi District. The project consists of three buildings: a high-rise building (office tower), a commercial building, and a cultural/entrance building, in anticipation of the future rise of the entire district. The three contiguous sites will be developed in an integrated manner, and facilities that contribute to the community will be provided, including a pedestrian/vehicular traffic flow plan and a large underground bus terminal. The buildings are connected to the surrounding buildings via pedestrian decks, creating a network for pedestrians.
