- This high-rise residential complex is located on a site adjacent to Aoyama Park and Aoyama Cemetery. The upper part of the building is shaped to match the road on the east side. The high-rise portion of the building is limited to the area where high-rise buildings can be constructed due to the legal height restriction of the site, and a mid-corridor plan is adopted to secure the view from the units. In addition, the entire site is raised to ensure security and privacy.
