- This is the reconstruction project of Soka Matsubara Danchi, a 54-hectare complex with approximately 6,000 units, which was first managed in 1962. The reconstruction project has been carried out in five phases since 2003, and Phase II 2BL was completed in 2015, and Phase III and Phase IV B2 were completed in 2018.
