- This is a company-led nursery school by Tachihi Holdings (established in 2011), which manufactured airplanes for the army as Tachikawa Aircraft before and during the war, and after the war was seized and returned by the U.S. military. The building consists of a steel-framed roof and a deck in the shape of a biplane, inspired by the "Red Dragonfly," an Army training plane.
