Outline: This three-story apartment building uses CLT panels for the floor and walls. The building is located at the entrance of a 7,000m2 residential subdivision newly constructed around the property of Kajiya Corporation, the builder. The entrance plaza is located adjacent to the park on the north side of the building, and is expected to become a center for interaction in the district.
