- This is a complex facility of a town clinic, a health center, a dialysis clinic, and a community exchange space in a town with a population of about 7,000 in southern Tokushima Prefecture. The site faces the Pacific Ocean and is expected to be inundated by a tsunami in the event of a Nankai Trough earthquake. The first floor is designed as a pilotis to catch the water pressure, and the main functions are located on the second and third floors.
