- This is a learning facility specializing in English education, planned as part of Kanda University of International Studies' 30th anniversary project. Within the fan-shaped dome space are self-study spaces for students, classrooms for presentations and practice, and faculty laboratories to support learning. A café, group study spaces, and individual study spaces are arranged in a space that resembles a cityscape, allowing students to freely find a place that suits their purposes.
