OTA CIVIC HALL

Outline
This is a multipurpose hall for music, located in an area lined with factories and schools. The hall, studio, and other functions are arranged as independent boxes on a square plane of approximately 70m square, and the gaps between them are used as continuous lobby and foyer spaces. The main hall is equipped with a top light, allowing visitors to enjoy music in a church-like space with impressive light from the sky.
