- "This is the second share house by the same owner, built on the site to the north of LT Josai (designed by Naruse & Inokuma Architects, 1206). The two buildings are built over a garden, and this time the private rooms also have a relationship with the garden. Inside the public space, there is a place for individual use, and a spatial composition that allows the choice between public and private is attempted.
