Outline
This facility was developed as a base for enjoying sports and art activities. It was built on the site owned by Tokyo Gas Land Development in Toyosu, and the 108-meter-long tunnel-like form is composed of a laminated wood frame and a steel frame. The exterior skin is an ETFE film cushion system (double membrane).
