The building is located in the middle of the site, surrounded by low and middle-rise residences, with empty spaces on all sides that serve as gardens and approaches. The ground floor, which is dug into the ground by approximately 850mm, has counters placed along the perimeter and GL at approximately the same height, adjusting the distance between the inside and outside.
