Outline
This cooperative house is located on a flagpole site with trees to the north and low-rise houses to the south. The roof shape is segmented to match the surrounding landscape, and the exterior walls have a checkerboard pattern with alternating openings and walls. Rooms with large openings and closed rooms are arranged alternately, and the walls gently connect the spaces to create places to live.
