YOYOGI TERRACE

Outline
This nine-unit cooperative house in Yoyogi, Tokyo, attempts to mimic the scale of the city by dividing the volume into three sections and creating two slits. The rooftop garden is created by the undulation of the roof created by the division of the three buildings and the difference in the height of the floors, creating a space that is fun to climb on the roof of the city.
