- Reconstruction of the National Stadium for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics. The Jingu Forest, which connects the Meiji Jingu Inner Garden to the Imperial Palace, is a legacy of historical greenery. In order to preserve the precious greenery of this area for the future, the National Stadium will be a "tree of life" rooted in the earth, in harmony with the surrounding nature, and open to the public.
