He rented a vacant factory owned by his grandfather-in-law, who was the designer until his death, and established a private museum by cleaning up the interior and installing shelves and walls himself. As the exhibitions changed, the exhibition walls and annexes were added. At present, the second phase of construction of the main building has been completed, and a new annex has been established.
