KAJIMA DESIGN

Outline: Astellas Pharma Inc. has integrated its research functions in Kashima (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) and Tsukuba in order to strengthen its ability to create new drugs. The interior of Building 5 (completed in 2011) on the south side of the building was also renovated during the construction of Building 10. The curved façade of the two buildings is continuous, and the glass walls ensure a view of the adjacent green space.
