Outline: The office is a steel-framed, T-plan building. On the north side, 500 x 300 mm steel columns are inserted into the double skin at a pitch of 4200 mm, the same as the floor height, and the core is concentrated on the south side, so that the columns of the office located on the north side bear only vertical loads. The core is concentrated on the south side of the building, so that the columns in the north side of the office bear only vertical loads. The room is a vast single column-free space formed by pre-beam beams (beams made of H-shaped steel and concrete and prestressed).
