- Renovation of a three-story wooden building in Kawaramachi-Gojo, Kyoto. It is a 120 years old quasi-western style building that was used as a printing office and furniture shop. The first floor is used as a coworking space and FAB room, the second floor as a hacker space and partly as a cafe, and the third floor as an office for Loftwork, the owner of the building.
