- This is a project to reconstruct an office building in the city center of Sapporo, Hokkaido. Bricks were laid on Kita 3-jo Street adjacent to the north side of the site to create the Sapporo Kita 3-jo Square (Acapla). The low-rise part of the building houses commercial facilities, and balconies are planned so that visitors can enjoy the rows of ginkgo trees in the plaza. The facade is divided into sections to create a human-scale exterior design.
