- The building is located near Takadanobaba Station, adjacent to Toyama Park, on a 2.4 ha site within the redevelopment plan. The redevelopment plan consists of the Shinjuku Garden Tower, which consists of rental housing, offices, one of the largest event halls in Tokyo, and an open space above the event hall, condominiums, an annex with a day-care center and commercial facilities, and a park. The surrounding area is surrounded by greenery from parks and universities, and 1.5 hectares of large open spaces and green areas have been developed to network the greenery.
