- This integrated kindergarten was newly built on the same site as an elementary school, which was renovated from an existing junior high school under the Childhood and Elementary School Collaboration Program. The basic design received technical support from the Wood Utilization Building Promotion Council, and local lumber was used based on the school forest (town-owned forest). Both the playroom and the nursery room are constructed with a wooden structure that combines cedar logs and ordinary lumber.
