This is a plan for the new government building of Shimono City, which was established in 2006 through the merger of Minamikawachi-cho in Kawachi-gun, Ishibashi-cho in Shimotsuga-gun, and Kokubunji-cho in Tochigi-gun. It was decided to build the new building on the west side of Jichi Medical University Station on the JR Utsunomiya Line for convenience of transportation and the possibility of future development. There is a plaza on the east side facing National Route 4. The office is located on the west side of the first floor, and a large lobby is located on the east side.
