Outline: This is a project to rebuild the building over a period of three phases, using the redevelopment promotion zone system, in order to update the plant functions and consolidate the sales planning division. By upgrading and consolidating business functions and moving some of the factory functions underground, a vast open space will be created above ground, which will be artificial ground, to create a lush green environment called the "Ichigaya Forest" of approximately 20,000 square meters. The plan also includes various environmental considerations, such as intersection improvements to improve safety and wide sidewalks integrated with sidewalk open space. The plan extends to Phase III.
