Outline: This is a renovation of a 44-year-old wooden apartment building. The renovation of the 44-year-old wooden rent apartment, which had been under consideration for demolition, was decided upon through a series of events and gatherings. The work was done with the participation of the tenants and local supporters interested in DIY, and after the renovation, the house is used as a place for the local community.
