- This is the renovation of the former head office building of Komatsu Seiren, which specializes in textiles. In addition to conventional earthquake-resistant reinforcement, the building is being reinforced using carbon fiber strand rods, which are being developed in-house, to propose the possibility of earthquake-resistant reinforcement with design features. Efforts are currently underway to obtain certification as an earthquake-resistant reinforcing material.
