Expansion plan for a facility for the mentally handicapped. Each resident has a private room, and the common area connecting the private rooms is composed of a series of 25 "umbrella units" with integrated roofs and pillars. While maintaining the sense of unity of the space, the project aims to enhance the living space by creating a variety of places to live.
