Outline
This is an attempt to convert the ward of the former Nagahama Municipal Hospital and use it as a city hall by extending the new building at the same time. By reducing the size of the building, a stairwell was created, while reducing the weight of the building, unifying the exterior, and matching the floor heights to create a sense of unity.
