This is a renovation of a building completed in 1933 and designed by Sone Nakajo Architects. The building was renovated as part of the Kyobashi 2-chome West District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, with the aim of preserving and revitalizing the existing historical building and utilizing it as it was before the renovation, with retail and office functions.
