- A 14-story building with two basement levels and a total of 69 units. A seismic isolation structure is adopted. Facing Uchibori-dori Avenue and the Imperial Palace Forest, the layout of the building was planned to correspond to the respective axis lines. All the units have a panoramic view of the greenery of the Imperial Palace over Chidorigafuchi. The eaves overhang the building to create a deeply sculpted horizontal line.
