- This is a complex facility consisting of a share house and an IT office in Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture. A community activity circle of volunteer students from Ibaraki Christian University played a central role in the planning of this facility, which aims to serve as a place to participate in community activities and as a local hub. The space between the two cluster buildings and the office building is the living room of the residents.
