- Tokyu Hands and the Urban Renaissance Agency renovated a closet to make effective use of it, creating a menu of three types combining six patterns of function kits. The three types are: a multifunctional space type (Type A) consisting mainly of a bed, a large storage space, a hanger closet and open shelves; a twin desk type (Type B) with two small desk corners; and a cockpit type (Type C) with a desk corner.
