Outline: The Emergency Medical Center and Doctors' Hall were relocated along Yokosuka Kaigan Dori, which leads to Tokyo Bay. A variety of facades were constructed to suit the multiple functions of the building. On the west side of the site are the entrance to the Emergency Medical Center, a parking lot, and an equipment building. The combination of the base of the medical association and the emergency medical center, which is operated by the medical association as a designated manager, facilitates daily operations and, in the event of a disaster, a disaster control room is located in the medical association building on the upper floor, enabling the medical center on the lower floor to be controlled from above.
