Outline: The first floor is a lifelong learning facility, the second floor is an intermediate seismic isolation layer, and the second and upper 10 floors are student dormitories. The volume of the building was increased by using the district planning system to define a redevelopment promotion zone, and sufficient greenery was provided around the building to create a promenade open to local residents.
