- Located in the Chuo-dori shopping street in Chiyoda-machi, Maebashi City. A vacant 45-year-old (completed in 1969) three-story reinforced concrete building, which was once a commercial facility with coffee shops and electronics stores, has been renovated into a share house for students. The students who live in the house join the community association and participate in local events to enliven the shopping district. The project was designed to bring back the liveliness of the city center, where the population is declining, by attracting young people to live there.
