- This is a redevelopment plan for the former site of the Songshan Tobacco Factory, which was built during the Japanese occupation in the 1930s and is located in the center of Taipei City. While retaining the rich natural environment of the garden and courtyard, a complex consisting of offices, a hotel, commercial facilities, and a concert hall was constructed in one corner of the site.
