ABENO HARUKAS

Outline
This is the tallest skyscraper in Japan, with 60 floors and a height of 300 m. It is located directly above Osaka Abenobashi Station, the departure and arrival station of Kinki Nippon Railway. The complex includes a station, a department store, a museum, offices, a hotel and an observatory. The tower is an extension of the existing Kintetsu Department Store, and the standard floor-area ratio was increased from 800% to 1600% by utilizing the special zone system for urban regeneration. "It aims to become the third center of Osaka following "Kita (Umeda)" and "Minami (Namba).
