SOLAR TOWN FUCHU
MASAMITSU NOZAWA BUILDING WORKSHOP
- Outline
- The project was selected as a model project for a long-life eco-friendly house on Tokyo-owned land on the condition that the house must be highly durable, energy-efficient, and that small and medium-sized construction companies participate. All units are equipped with OM solar systems for heating, hot water supply, ventilation, and power generation. According to actual measurements of the dwelling units (a family of five) after the completion of construction and sale, the annual electricity consumption is about 180 kWh and the consumption of city gas is about 100 m3, which are very low values. The common, located in the center of the housing units, is a common area created by setting up easements on about 10% of the site of each of the 16 detached housing units, where residents can pass and interact.
